Emerald Crab fell into anemone!!

So - I just watched a small emerald crab fall into a fairly large saddle(haddon) anemone - the anemone closed up right away. My question is: will it eat the crab? Will this hurt the anemone?

I don't know if anyone will get hurt. My lobster literally walks through my anemone all the time, and both are fine. But that fact that he fell IN. I would try to remove him if he hadn't been eaten. He may damage the anemone.

Well, the anemone answered my question: it spit out the dead/digested crab remains! The good news it is that it (the haddon) seems just fine
