Feeding Golden Sleeper Head Goby

Hey all,

I’ve got a golden sleeper head goby who is eating well. Pellets, shrimp, pods. I’m just wondering if he would eat other foods like prawn or fish if I dunk a piece near him for a while

If it eats pellets then it should eat raw or cooked prawn/ shrimp, fish, squid or anything else you offer.

Keep in mind that sleeper gobies are sand sifters so the foods they get this way are usually small. If you try other foods that are too large, they may not try to eat it. If you do prawns, make sure the pieces are very small. Another option is mysis shrimps that are usually smaller.
