Firefish

I added 2 firefish to my fowlr tank yesterday. Both did great. This morning I woke up to only 1. Has anyone had any problems with these fish? All of my perimeters are great. I always take a sample to my lfs before purchasing any fish...

More then likely he's hiding. They tend to burrow and hide a lot.

Well if that's the case, then that's great news. I did feed this morning and only 1 is out. I'll keep an eye on it today. Thx

One of my zebra bars hid on me for about a week even during feedings.. thought I had another jumper on my hands that became a dog treat lol

I have 1 I only see every 3-4 days because he spends all his time in the rocks. There great jumpers also so be careful

Lol too funny, I have a canopy on the tank with about a 1.5 inch opening along back for overflows. And yes I've heard about their jumping habits. I didn't see anything on the back side of tank.

That's actually my second cause my first jumped out of a bucket.

I do have 2, but only seeing 1. I've search the back of the tank. I'm hoping he's hiding.
