Ok now here's my question to you... I'm regretting this live rock. I found a crab, bristle worms and aptasia. Can I take this rock out and just put dry base rock in?

I'm tired of finding surprises every time I check out my tank lol

That's half the fun lol! Ps I'm also from southern Ontario (woot woot!) which lfs are you using?
 
Bristol worms are good. Don't worry about that one. The crab see if you can get a pic and post it, lets try to ID it. The aptasia you will find almost all the time it's a hard one to avoid. Don't get rid of the rock yet it's all part of the awesomeness that is salt water. :). Ps I am also in southern Ontario.
