info on cleaner wrasse?

I have looked everywhere and cant seem to get any desirable info on the cleaner wrasse

They only last a few months in the aquarium. You dont want one. Better to get a cleaner shrimp than the wrasse. They are better left in the ocean. That`s why you dont see much info on them as alot of people dont sell them. I`m going to move this to appropiate forum
