Lapis Lustre sandblasting sand...

i just purchased a 100 lb. bag of lapis lustre fine grade #60 silica-based sandblasting sand...it says monterey bay beach sand on the bag..i just wanna make sure that this will be fine in my 40 g. FOWLR.. any thoughts or experience with this sand?? btw, theyre very light brown and sugar fine sized..

with my experience in sand blasting the sand usually has agrogate in it (little pebbles). it would make me nervous being that it is "SILICA BASED" . try calling the company and make sure that there is'nt any granite or any other minerals in it.
