Least Flaky Live Rock?
Out all the different types. Which is usually the least flaky, I am looking for something that is not going to fragment all over the bottom of my tank.

Honestly the fiji and FL rock that I have seen have both been fairly unflaky. Now if you go banging on it with a hammer or something chunks will break off but it wont flake off in thin layers or anything.

I'd say any aquacultured rock is usually more dense and less flaky
