Lighting

So im using coral life 10,000k lighting around ten hours aday and basiclly just turn them off at night would it be a good idea to simulate moonlight?
Obviously my fish are healthy without it and it is fish only now and once I read and understand coral I will start a reef tank,maybe 3months.
