Hello everyone,

what exact type of lighting do I need for my 100G FOWLR acrylic aquarium?

also, where whould be a good place I can get it from for a better price if any?

thank you all very much.

What are the measurements? Do you have a canopy or are you looking for a striplight? I would probably use PC's on it. If it's a 4' tank, a 4x55w setup would do nicely. You might even get by with 2x55w. The coraline should grow with that. If it's a 6' tank, go with a 2x96w PC. I'd use 50/50 bulbs. I maintain a 75g tank with two 40w NO bulbs on it and the coraline is almost a nusiance in there...constantly having to scrape it off the front glass.
For a retro kit to go in your canopy, check www.ahsupply.com and www.hellolights.com .
For striplights, I like the Custom Sealife Smartlights. You can find these at www.championlighting.com . HTH.
