Anyways, you'd basically need all that you would for a freshwater tank.
Tank,stand, filter, heater, lights. the you'd need some live and/or base rock, some sand and some other odds and ens like test kits, refractometer, depending on your fish selection a protein skimmer might be in order.
The good news is that you dont need mega expensive lights like for a reef tank.
