Mantis shrimp question!!!

I want to know if mantis shrimp will snap at your hand if u put your hand in the tank

Is that a bad thing? I mean i would put other creatures in there but they pretty much attack everything

I woul put the shrimp in a 10 gallon tank and make a nice reef in the 25 with fish and stuff. Still cool tho!
