Maroon clown

I put in a maroon clownfish yesterday and since I put him in my squirrel has been after him. Every time the clown goes to the back of the tank the squirrel comes out of his spot to attack the clown. Is there anyway to stop this? Also the clown has two marks on the side of him looks like he was bitten. Should this be a concern or will this stop?

I would put a tank divider in a let them get "aquainted" with one another...some fish are just mean to another fish for no reason in particular...
