Medicating with Pimafix and Melafix

I was wondering with Pimafix and Melafix it says to medicate for 7 days, do I need to do it for the full 7 days or if the symptons are gone half way through can I stop?

I'd continue to use it the full 7 days. Just because they are starting to look better doesn't mean they are. Usually they are almost better they just need that extra bump/days to kill all of the disease or whatever it is that the fish has.

What is wrong with your fish that you need to use this?

The flame angel had a fungal growth on his gills. I caught it pretty early though apparently and it is almost fully gone today, but I will keep medicating until next Sunday.
