micro bubbles!!!

my sump has a bubble trap and i can't see any visible bubbles in my return chamber yet i still have micro bubbles in the main tank! Is there any effective way of either getting rid of them or preventing them short of designing and building another sump???

How high is the water level in the return section. If I do not keep mine pretty high my turf scrubber turns the tank into a snowstorm.

maybe 8 inches or so, about 3- 4 inches above the pump! Btw, whats a turf scrubber? lol
