Moving a saltwater aquarium

So my fish (porcupinefish, dwarf lion, yellow tang, and dwarf golden eel) are moving into their new home this weekend. I currently have a 75 gallon fowlr and they are moving to a 150 gallon. I have lots of live rock and about 4-5 inches of sand. I have already bought 80 pounds of "live sand" from foster and smith. I have a rubbermaid bin of live rock hydrating in old water from a water change. I have 80 gallons of fresh saltwater in other bins that I have been making for a week.

So, what am I missing? I have some Prime additive ready for the "ammonia spike" that is bound to happen. Some people say not to reuse my substrate, some say it's ok, and one of the local fish store guys says to siphon the sand clean and then reuse it.

I'm planning on putting the live stock in a bin with some rock, a heater, and air pump while I am setting everything up.

I would rinse the sand in RO water (no chlorine) and reuse it. Usually moving to a bigger tank with existing live stock and rock from your original system keeps there from being a hard cycle. I doubt there will be much spike at all unless there is something dying in the rock or sand.
