My live rock is turnning white

Does anyone know why my live rock is turning white? My parameters are good, my t5 lighting is on 12 hrs off 12 hrs... My tank has been up and running for a month now... 57 rimless tank... Can someone help me out please....

I reAly don't know how live my rock was.. There was no hitch hikers just rock from my LFS...

I reAly don't know how live my rock was, there was no hitch hikers on board.. It was from my LFS..
 
Some people say it might be the iodine but my parameters are, calcium 420, magnesium 1300, alkalinity 9, iodine 0.09 no nitrate. No ammonia, PH 8.4....
 
Wow, this is a weird scenario. I have never heard of liverock turning white. It could be iodine, but r u sure there is not something on the rock that is now bleaching out
 
My coraline algae bleaches in my reef tank and the rock turns white. I hear coraline prefers lower light. I'm running a 250w metal halide and some t5s though.
