need to add trace elements to homemade salt water?

Homemade ro/di water + instant ocean salt + time to mix w/PH and get to correct tempt = water ready for changes in display tank.

Do i need to add anyting, such as trace elements to this water?

It will be used in my FOWLR and 12gal nano reef setup (coming soon).

Opinions vary. I believe most will tell you that if you do regular water changes the additives are really not necessary and since you can't test for many of the components, they can be dangerous to your tank.
Most of these additives are way over priced as well.
