I have a bunch of white things in my tank they look like skinny slugs or maggots.i bought some new fish weeks ago and that's the only place I can think of where these came from.any ideas what these could be?what ever they are they cling on the glass and decorations.

Sounds like you have a bunch of pods. They are harmless members of your clean up crew.
