Power head issues

I have a single power head in a 40g tank. The head is pushing 269gph I believe. I just got 2 nemos and they're fighting the power head. I'm supposed to have an even stronger head but they're struggling with this one what should I do

I bet there just playing in the current

Even if they are it still pushes around sand and waste to places I can't reach. It's in the back corner of my tank facing my rock to kind of slow the current and it still pushes things around

try aiming them different dial them in till you find that sweet spot
try putting them on back wall in corners facing center of front glass bet i will give flow every where evenly
