I have a halfmoon 30 gallon tank from marineland. 30 pounds of live rock and live sand. I have a hob filter and protein skimmer. Do I need to have a powerhead for additional water movement in my tank. If so how much movement and how to position it. Thanks!

Look at the Hydor with the magnets that hold it , no suction cup makes it so much easier and doesn't fail like some of the actual suction cups do over time.
Nothing like it coming off and spinning around in the tank making it look like a white-out blizzard condition snow globe.
