What do you guys think of the pro clear pro series wet dries with the built in skimmer? Also if you don't like it do they do better when seperate? If so what wet dry and skimmer (can be sump or hang on) do you think is best (they can be any brand as long as they fit in a 55 gal cabinet). :?: :!:

Thanks

I am not a fan of the Pro Clear units I have seen. I prefer something like the Ecosystem Pro 2410 for an in sump filter.

I have a Proclear 150 and am very happy with it. The skimmer works great and it is a good place to store chemical media and heaters. I would modify it by removing the bioball tray and the bioballs and filling the middle chamber with LR rubble. Keep the LR submerged in water. I have a couple of pics of mine in my gallery.
