Hi Guys,
Thanks for you help so far, I've managed to keep "Bubbles" alive.
I do have a question about the Nitrites level in this tanks cycle. The Nitrites have been at a level of .4 for since Aug 27. I added Prime to the water to detress my fish about Sept 3 and detoxed the tank. Is the reason my nitrites are still showing on the tests? Should I do a PWC to begin lowering the Nitrites, as I am showing some color on the Nitrate tests now( I use the aquarium systems dry packet test), not 10 which is the first measurable number but about 1/2 way there, assume about 5.
There is one green chromas in the tank and has been that way for a couple weeks now. What should I do if anything at all?

Thanks,
joey

I think Prime might give you an ammonia reading (as far as I know). It looks like you are close to the end of the cycle, just hang in there.

Prime has given me false positives for ammonia in fw tanks. Don't know about nitrite though.

Cycle complete !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
