Quarantine tank??

Alright so I have my display tank up with the live rock in it and the filter is good except the skimmer.Waiting to cycle(don't know much about SW cycling ).
My question is what do you put in a Quarantine tank?What size,etc.?

yeah, i dont even think most people run a skimmer while the tank is cycling, but im not sure on that one.

Should I do regular partial water changes when cycling?

Yeah, You dont need to run a Skimmer while doing the cycle, But make sure you have it running once its complete to try get that nitrate down. No, Dont do water changes untill you see 0 Amm and 0 Nitrite, And some Nitrate.
