Quickly help, my Ray is in a 20 gallon!

Guys I'm switching everything over from my 125 to the 180 and I have the Ray in a 20 gallon tank with a power head going for oxygen for him. My question is how long can he stay in their? The water is real cloudy on the 180 so I don't really want to move him over the 180 yet. How long can he stay in the 20 gallon? Also still filling the 180 not quite done yet. Please help.

He should be ok for awhile. You could add an airstone and do a 50% PWC on it to be sure. Don't worry too much about "cloudy", rays are well adapted to murky water.
