what kind of sw plants reduce nitrites? what kind of plants can i add if i hv a scopas tang, a df puffer, a red coris wrasse, a queen angel,and a rock beauty angel

None in the tank. Tr tang will eat it. In the sump or filter, chaeto or caulerpa.

Yes. They take nutrients outbid the water also. Go on YouTube and type in caulerpa refugium and chaeto refugium you'll get results.
