Sea Goblin

I was wondering if you guys could help me. I have a Sea Goblin and I think He might of went blind. He was one of my best eaters and would try to attack the krill before I could get it in the tank. Then starting a few months ago I began having to put it right in front of him and pretty much on his mouth to get him to realize it's there. Has anyone heard of this.
And on a side note I just got a Yellow-cheek Tusk for my predator tank from the lfs and I can't find any info on them. Sorry for long post.
