Seeding Rock

I recently purchased 50 pounds of mined LimeStone. Then proceeded to purchase three pounds of Manado Live Rock to seed with. How long with it take to seed my rock and get some nice growth on it? I'm just looking for a general time frame.

IT depends! But, depending on bioload it will be LR in a matter of days.
Three pounds is not very much. In a 50/50 to 80/20 Base/LR tank I would expect 6 - 12 months to fully color up and look the same.

I would venture on the 1 year plus side. It depends on your lighting, and water parameters.
