Shaking clowns

I added a new clown and they are both shaking. What does this mean and will they mate
 
Basically, it means they are making a home of their new environment. A lot of the time the dominant one will shake at the other to express its dominance. This behavior is normal and like the previous poster stated, parameters have to be perfect as well as its tank mates can't be agressive towards them in order to mate.
