I feed my fish every 3 days, but have read a Sixline Wrasse should eat 3 times in one day. Is this something I should attempt?

I only had a sixline for a very short time but I think you will be fine sticking to your current feeding schedule. 3 times a day seems to be very excessive. It will forage off the live rock for copepods, etc anyway.
