trigger question

So I have a couole triggers, a wrasse and a puffer in my tank, and I just saw my Niger triggerfish sort of "dig" in the sand and he kicked up a big cloud. Is this normal or is it signs of something wrong?

Its a hunting method to find invert. They blow away some sand and jump at the invert if seen. Puffers do this as well.

this explaines alot because the day I put these fish in here i come home that night and my whole tank is is so cloudy and the next day when the sand as settled revealed a giant hole in my sand

My niger trigger does this as well he has moved the sand from under a rock and he sleeps there.
