Last May I upgraded to a 75gl tank. At the moment I only have a Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse and a Dwarf Lion Fish. I added the Lion fish about a month and a half ago. I previously had a 55gl tank and with a TERRIBLE lfs giving me no advice as to why the fish I kept buying would get sick and die, I've been working with a new lfs for the past year and a half.
I'm finally feeling confident with all the advice the new lfs has given me over this time plus double checking my water quality, that I'm ready to pick out the fish is like for this tank. Blue Jaw Trigger, Lemon Peel Angel, Diamond Goby and a Puffer.
And this is my question, from what I have been reading, Puffer fish need a tank around 130gl? My lfs advised me that my 75gl would be fine since they will not get as big as they do in the wild. I have not decided on what kind of puffer yet. Does anyone believe that a puffer would do well in my 75gl tank with the tank mates I have listed above (don't forget I now have the Dwarf Lion Fish and Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse).
I've added a couple pictures of the tank.

One of the saddle puffers would do fine. However a blue throat needs a lot more room than a 75.
