I am doing a 10% water but look at the color of my filter sacks. Why are they so brown/orange is it because of the purple up stuff I am using?

How often are you cleaning them? It should be every few days.
Are you using tap water? Looks like it could be rust from tap water or just dirt from tap water.

Purple Up is nothing but a weak calcium chloride solution with ground up aragonite sand. It won't make anything turn colors.

Today was the first time changing the filters since I installed the 6 weeks ago. I am using RO water, I will test my RO water to make sure it is 99-100% pure

Just don't wait 6 weeks to clean them again. Clean them every 3-4 days...or every week at the most. You can rinse them out in the sink.
