What inverts / Marine plants can I get

Where can I find a list of inverts and Marine plants that are suitable for a FOWLR with Actinics only (2x130w).

It's a 125g tank.

Thanks Mike... i have looked at LiveAquaria site until my eyes hurt...... I do not see where it has a section of what inverts / plants lighting specs are. I know you can click on a description of each and some say lighting requirements and some don't...

could you point me to a more specific location at that site ?

Snails and crabs should be ok along with a few non-photosynthetic corals and possibly some sea stars. Marine plants are pretty much limited to macro algaes unless you want to go with mangroves in sump or open top. Avoid clams and anenomes for sure.
