My anemone is stuck inside my live rock and there's no way for me to get it out any help

It's not stuck. It's choosing to be there. You do not want to disturb it. Judging by the live rock, I would look to the water quality if you want it to come out. Water changes and cutting back on feeding is what I would do to make the anemone happy.
