What to do with dry dead rock
I got the rest of my rock for my tank today but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to rinse it or what I'm supposed to do any help would be great

If you're talking about gravel, put it in a pillowcase and keep it in a bucket of water.
If you're talking about base rock, just rinse it off and then put it in a water bucket for 24 hours.

I rinsed mine with water until it ran clear then let it dry then put it into the tank

It's a 40gallon I chose to do a filter less tank so I got the rock I actually got an extra 3 pounds of rock
