Which lighting system should I keep and use?

Current:
Deep Blue SolarMax HE2 Double 48" T5 Strip Light - 28w x2 + Moonlight

Just brought:
Current USA Satellite Freshwater LED Plus Light for Aquarium

Only doing Saltwater fish and live rock..

Satellite LED lights I have cool settings, remote control and a timer etc...

If you're not doing coral, I would think either would suffice. When I had a FOWLR, I had crappy LEDs from Marineland that were no better than your choices, and everything was happy as a clam (no pun intended).
