Wrasse hiding

I added a silver belly wrasse yesterday and he hid in the sand instantly. He then showed himself this morning but my normally passive purple dottyback kinda chased him around for about 5 mins before he dived back under the sand. Is the wrasse likely to show himself again soon? And will the dottyback stop hassling him?

The wrasse came out again today for like about 1 min, after being chased around by the purple dottyback went back under the sand. Will the wrasse be able to survive or is it best to try and catch him and return him to the LFS.

My wrasse is the same, every time he came out he got picked on by other normally passive fish!
Eventually he passed by not getting enough to eat, my guess return to Lfs

If he keeps getting picked on you can rearrange the rock work so that everything looks different for the fish. Break up their territories. How long have you had the dottyback? And how did you acclimate the wrasse to the tank? How many fish do you have?
