Even though the package was delayed for a whole day (as it was supposed to arrive yesterday but arrived today) the heat pack was still warm and everything was alive! Great seller!

Usps held my package for an extra 3-4 days!!
Even with cool heat pack all my worms and stuff were GREAT.

+1 on USPS being jerks. Particularly those at the Chicago hub. +5 on Brenna! The IAL are actually the best I've gotten so far, better than Han's. I know, right? But it's true. Thanks tons for the Ken's and New Era, I'm sure it's superior to the Tetra junk. Still crossing my fingers the wormy friends will pull through. I'll give them a few more days with the new yeast before I give up. Dunno why Rachel said they smell bad. Maybe she's not much of a baker.
