Frags from fishfreak and Alarmguy

This past weekend I met up with fishfreak and Alarmguy to trade a few frags. I can't thank them enough for their time and generosity!

From Fishfreak:
Frogspawn, Green Star Polyps, A Gorgonian, and a Huge colony of polyps that is about the size of two fists put together!

From Alarmguy:
Xenia, Hammer, and a shroom!

I'll post some pictures when I get a chance in the Saltwater & Reef - General Discussion forum in the next couple of days.

That is great- Next time you have a swap please let me know. I am not trying to scheme anything I am not even ready for anything but I sure would like to see that in person. I am just outside of Roanoke exit 143 on 81(1hr+ from Staunton).

Let me know when you are ready for some corals. Fishfreak gave me some Xenia frags back in August that have really taken off. I'd gladly pass some on whenever you are ready.

so how does one propagate a frog spawn?

nothing on garf on that, well that i found at least.

YOu break off a head from the colony. Often the use of a chizel and hamer is involved.
