The responses were very much geared toward me being wrong, and absolutely nothing on your part.
I opened up by stating that the bulb was not attached to the pipette, nor was it in the tube that the pipette was in. I checked the main package and found nothing either. TB continued to claim it WAS INDEED in the package and that I was not seeing it.
I have never been harassed by customer service before. They ask for a recepit and thats about it. TB continued to talk about how they couldnt possibly be to blame.
I stormed off when I realized the little game being played. I have other things to do than to argue over a cheap little rubber bulb. (Like find another way to make the thing work!).
For real man, how hard do you think it is to determine that an item is not in the package?
You should have let off after I ASSURED you that I didnt see the item! Not keep pusing it! That is BAD customer service! Especially over a cheap little item like that, and considering the money I have spent with you.
