I'd go with

1 angel
2 German blue rams
5 White Cloud Mountain minnows
5 schooling fish
5 Corys

Just my 2 cents for a beginner tank.

Thnx, if I were to get 5 neon as my schooling fish would that b fine with the angel. Or instead could I go with five glo-light tetras? Since there bigger.

U could get neons but get a really small angel and let it grow up with the neons. Neons are the natural food for Angels I believe. So it's a gamble. If you like glo lights get some.
