A big Hello from Wyoming!

I am a fairly new fish keeper, well 3 months or so. I started with a betta and now have a 48 gallon rectangle, 3 standard 10 gallons and a 1.5. I have a green spotted puffer in a 10 gallon on his own, 2 angelfish, 2 harlequin rasboras, and 2 high fin tetras in the 48 gallon, and have ramshorn snails on the way for one of the 10 gallons and a hospital tank in the last 10.
I am a nursing student and my husband and I own a small business, so I stay busy : )
