Advice on aquarium new

I'm a fairly new member (1week) I joined and I am already considering on taking up on a new hobby because it sound like lots of fun. So far I am still researching on keeping an aquarium I came up with a stocking list for maybe a 15 gal? Stocking list : 1 male betta, 8 neons, 3 otos and maybe 2 ghost shrimp. How does my stocking list look? I'm not getting a tank anytime soon just considering.

Just be careful when putting in the Betta. Some are friendly, others not so much.
