What are your plans with the 20 gal?

I plan on putting a few live plants in it, but haven't quite decided which ones yet. I found a nice LFS that I'll probably take advice from as well as the forums.

For fish I want to get:
3 or 4 Corydoras trilineatus
4 or 5 Rasbora heteromorpha
4 or 5 Hemigrammus erthrozonus
OR
4 or 5 Hemmigrammus ocellifer
OR
1 Colisa lalia

If what I've been reading is correct, I can have a school of bottom dwellers, and around 2 schools of mid-high dwellers but I'm not 100% on this. I don't want to over crowd the tank.

How does the setup sound?
