compatable fish with crystal red shrimp

I have a small nano tank, 5 gallons, and want a little color and movement. Its ready for fish to go in with immature shrimp but not sure of the best choice for the fish. What do you suggest? Remember its a 5 gallon bowfront tank. Sorry I am first time user, nothing like getting to the point! I'm a retired nurse who has had aquariums for years and starting again.

I believe you should be able to keep a small school of galaxy rasboras, just make sure there's plenty of hiding places for your shrimp.
