I have a community tank with now 2 Dennison Barbs, about 4 1/2” long 5 small rainbow sharks, an albino pleco, some various tetras, some smaller barbs and a shrimp about 2 1/2”.
Everyone was getting along fine until I came downstairs and saw one of the barbs was laying about two feet away from the tank which is tightly sealed and no apparentl way he could have gotten out.
Now one of the Dennison Barbs is constantly chasing and butting the other one and butting the underside of her (I assume it is a female). I don’t know know if I need to remove him or try to get more? Help please!!!

I would suggest a larger school, 2 males and 4 females minimum. That should mellow everything out.

I would also re-home those rainbow sharks, they will butt heads until they die. 1 maybe 2 max in a ~70 gallon tank.
