Hello everyone,
Been stalking the forums for a few months, and finally decided to join. I'm relatively new to the hobby, I kept a small 20g tank when I was in my teens (20 odd years ago), and about 3 years ago, my parents downsized their home, and my tank was on the scrap list. I rescued it, now my kids love it as much as I did. It's a bit overstocked, but all the fish seem healthy and happy.
About three months ago, I bought a used 55g currently getting that set up again.
Personally, I am a registered nurse at a university hospital, I'm married and have 3 wonderful kids, one of whom has down syndrome. I'm really looking forward to getting some interesting fish in the 55g, because he LOVES them.
Thanks for all the advice you all post in these forums, it's been invaluable to me over the last few months.
