I am so happy to find an aquarium group to join. I am fairly new to this world...well sort of. I take care of two saltwater aquariums for work (one cold water tide pool critters and the other tropical with live rock and a single clown fish). The cold water is the more important tank. I walked into the room this morning and noticed the protein skimmer filled with water and bubbles (no protein waste). There were so many bubbles, the lid was lifted. Not sure what to do here. I checked the magnetic piece that feeds into the pump...that was properly attached and there was no blockage in the tube.
Any suggestions?
