Post Hello Aquarium advice members

Hi all, My name is Darrell. I have a 55 gallon tank set up with a canister filter for a 75 gallon, an aerator, and two 18" air stones along the back. I also have 3 plecos, one hi fin, one bristle nose, and one Royal pleco. I have 6 tetras, 3 hatchet fish, 5 mollies, about 8 ghost shrimp and two baby blue lobsters. I have had my tank up for about 7 months with casualties in the beginning but its all under control now. Tank is kept at 79 degrees Fahrenheit and everyone is happy and eating well.

Thanks, I have upgraded from 2 years ago, my daughter "won" a goldfish at a carnival and we went from a 1 1/2 gallon tank to a 55 now.

Welcome to AA! I also started with Goldfish, they are like the pathway to the big world of fish keeping. Enjoy.
