Aquarium Advice Freak
So... I just got into fishkeeping a few months ago, and it all started with a bio lab. We were doing a lab experiment on antagonistic behavior in Bettas (none were hurt, we used mirrors to make them flare up) and afterwards my girlfriend thought it might be a good idea to get a fish. Four months down the road and I have now ended up with a 55 gallon freshwater community tank, a 10 gallon QT, and a 5 gallon mini-community...
I got off to a bit of a rough start with my big tank, I had an ICH outbreak (during which I decided to buy the QT for all future purchases), followed by a secondary infection of fungus... but everything is finally completely under control and I'm looking forward to stocking my tank and keeping my fish.
